Canvas & Paws sells personalized, handmade pet keepsakes created from customer-provided photos and customization details. Product images are examples; reasonable variations in color, texture, carving, stitching, felting, shape, placement, and artistic interpretation are natural features of handmade work.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, personalization, photo, billing, and delivery information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, customs fees, and import charges apply as stated at checkout or under applicable law.

Personalized orders may be changed or cancelled before production starts if approved by us. After production starts, change-of-mind cancellation, return, or refund is not normally available. This does not limit remedies for damaged, incorrect, defective, incomplete, lost, or materially non-conforming products.
