Canvas & Paws products are personalized and made to order. We do not fulfill orders from finished warehouse inventory. Orders are produced in China and shipped from China.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. We offer free standard shipping to every destination available at checkout.

Order Cutoff and Business Days

  • Daily order cutoff for handling-time calculations: 11:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8).
  • Production business days: Monday-Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.
  • Shipping transit business days: Monday-Friday, excluding carrier holidays and public holidays.

Orders received after the daily cutoff or on a non-production day are counted from the next production business day for handling-time estimates. Production time begins only after we have received all required photos and customization details and confirmed that the materials provided are suitable for production.

These estimates begin after all required photos and customization details have been received and confirmed as suitable. Production and delivery dates are estimates. Complex customization, insufficient reference photos, requested revisions, holidays, customs processing, remote-area delivery, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend these timeframes.

Tracking, Customs, and Delivery Details

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch whenever supported by the selected shipping service. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear. Contact us if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. If a shipment is returned because of a customer-provided address issue, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, or unpaid customs charges, an additional shipping fee may be required before reshipment.

International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, customs duties, or local handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
