Canvas & Paws products are personalized and made to order in China. Production time and shipping time are separate. We offer free standard shipping to every destination available at checkout.

- Custom 3D acrylic pet portraits: 15-25 business days
- Custom layered scratch-style pet art: 20-30 business days
- Framed needle-felted pet portraits: 25-45 business days
- Full-body needle-felted pet replicas: 30-60 business days
Estimated shipping transit time after dispatch:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 8-18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
- European countries: 8-18 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 8-18 business days
- Most Asian destinations: 5-12 business days
- Other international destinations: 10-25 business days
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Production and delivery dates are estimates. Complex customization, insufficient reference photos, requested revisions, holidays, customs processing, remote-area delivery, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend these timeframes.
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch whenever supported by the shipping service. International customers are responsible for applicable import taxes, customs duties, or local handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
